Senior Workforce Planner

The role of Workforce Optimization Manager is a strategic leadership position that requires effective workforce planning and management to meet business needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop comprehensive workforce planning strategies based on business requirements and volume forecasts in revenue cycle management (RCM) processes.
- Conduct thorough analysis of historical trends, seasonality, and other factors to accurately forecast staffing needs.
- Ensure optimal resource allocation to meet the demands of various departments involved in RCM.
- Oversee day-to-day scheduling to guarantee adequate resources are available to meet service-level objectives.
- Optimize schedules, shift patterns, and breaks to maximize employee productivity while minimizing costs.
- Continuously monitor real-time performance and adjust schedules as needed to respond to fluctuations in volume and operational needs.
- Establish and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) and dashboards for tracking workforce performance.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree; Master's preferred.
- 7+ years in Workforce Management; 3-5 years in a managerial role; RCM/healthcare experience desirable.
- Proficiency in workforce management tools and Excel; strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills; deep understanding of SLAs, KPIs, and optimization techniques.
