Senior Accountant

The role of Senior Accountant is pivotal in ensuring the accuracy and reliability of our financial operations. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for timely and accurate recording of all financial transactions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure timely and accurate recording of all financial transactions.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with applicable standards.
  • Reconcile bank accounts, ledgers, and inter-company balances to ensure alignment and compliance.
  • Maintain strict adherence to statutory requirements, including income tax, GST, TDS, PF/ESI, and Companies Act regulations.
  • Coordinate and prepare for statutory, tax, and internal audits to ensure seamless execution.
  • Implement and maintain robust documentation and audit trails to guarantee transparency and accountability.
  • Provide regular management reports on profitability, cash flow, and variance analysis.
  • Manage vendor payments, invoice processing, and reconciliation to optimize working capital efficiency.
  • Monitor receivables, credit terms, and collections to maintain a healthy cash position.
  • Maintain accurate aging reports and enforce stringent working capital discipline.

To excel in this role, you should possess a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance and have substantial experience in these fields. A Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification is highly desirable.
