About Your Role

As a Patient Care Advisor, you will be responsible for end-to-end engagement for the designated therapy area.

You will counsel patients for improved health-related outcomes based on pre-defined touchpoints.

You will report adverse events and market complaints as per SOP.

You will connect with patients regularly as per laid-out touchpoints.

You will track and ensure patient adherence to therapy.

You will manage compliance and adherence of enrolled patients.

You will review and take approvals for financial deviations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop good rapport with physicians.
  • Capture details related to Adverse Drug Reactions reported in pre-defined templates within the designated TAT.
  • Receive regular feedback from team managers and undergo program-related training and on-the-job training on a regular basis.
  • Report accurate data to the reporting manager on pre-defined timelines and in a structured manner.
  • Attend Review calls/Meets with clients/internal leads at regular intervals.
  • Have good oral and written communication skills in English and vernacular languages.
  • Be flexible to adapt and travel on ad-hoc work-related requirements.
  • Be a self-starter and capable of working in a team.
  • Coordinate and run reviews for work allocated with clients, internal teams as assigned.
  • Execute small/medium-sized project tasks and schedules.
  • Participate in People Practices.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to run operations seamlessly.
  • Work on email and on-call queries.
  • Adhere to SLA.

About You

We are looking for candidates with similar experience of 6 months to 1 year overall in patient counselling skills.

Education: B. Pharma, BSc/any similar Life Science graduate.

Working knowledge of MS Office.

Mandatory Skills

  • Strong communication skills.
  • Problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong understanding of counseling techniques.
  • Knowledge of pharmaceutical products and the healthcare industry.
