Position: Bilingual Patient Account Specialist/Medical Billing Specialist (Bilingual – English & Spanish)

We are seeking a dedicated professional who is fluent in Spanish to assist patients effectively, ensuring clear communication and a seamless experience. This individual will play a key role in addressing patient inquiries, providing accurate information, and offering support in a language they are comfortable with, having minimum 1 year of experience in RCM/Medical Billing, with preference for candidates familiar with eCW software. By bridging language barriers, they will enhance patient satisfaction and contribute to a more inclusive and supportive healthcare environment.

Location: Ahmedabad Office

Shift Timings: 6:30 pm to 3:30 am IST (EST shift)

Location: Office-Based: This role is based in our Ahmedabad office, fostering a supportive and collaborative work environment conducive to success.

Requirements: Bilingual Proficiency: Fluent in Spanish and English to effectively assist patients.

-Minimum of 1 year of experience in RCM/Medical Billing, with preference for candidates familiar with eCW software.

Roles and Responsibilities:

-Handle inbound and outbound calls, assisting patients with inquiries and support.

-Communicate effectively with patients, ensuring clarity and a positive experience.

-Verify and update patient information accurately in the system.

-Coordinate appointments, confirmations, and follow-ups.

-Provide information on services, policies, and procedures.

-Address patient concerns, escalate issues as needed, and ensure timely resolution.

-Maintain compliance with company policies, HIPAA regulations, and confidentiality standards.

-Collaborate with internal teams to streamline patient support processes.

-Ensure accurate documentation of all interactions and transactions.

-Assist in improving customer service strategies based on patient feedback.

Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication for clear interactions with patients and insurance providers.

Detail-Oriented: High attention to detail to ensure accuracy in eligibility verification and documentation.
