We are seeking an accomplished Human Resources Professional to lead our HR operations. This key role is responsible for ensuring seamless management of employee attendance, payroll, leave policies, and offer rollouts while maintaining compliance with regulations.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Manage and verify accuracy in timesheets for employee attendance records.
  • Administer and process monthly payroll, including statutory deductions (PF, ESI, TDS).
  • Maintain and update leave management systems to ensure fair policy implementation.
  • Handle employee queries related to payroll, leaves, attendance, and HR operations.
  • Prepare and share HR reports (attendance summaries, payroll reports, compliance reports) with management.
  • Ensure adherence to regulatory laws and organizational policies.
  • Support end-to-end HR operational activities such as onboarding documentation, employee records, and HR audits.
  • Drive the offer rollout process—drafting, releasing, and tracking offer letters, ensuring smooth candidate onboarding.
