Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled HR Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our HR department. The ideal candidate will be hands-on with HR systems, strong in employee relations, and capable of driving strategic HR initiatives aligned with organizational goals.

This role is responsible for ensuring a seamless onboarding process, conducting and monitoring onboarding assessments, overseeing asset allocation, providing employee support, leading HR policy development, building and standardizing HR processes, developing organizational hierarchy structures, driving Keka HRMS adoption, preparing HR reports, and overseeing end-to-end payroll management.

The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's/Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, with at least 2+ years of progressive HR experience, including 1+ year in a managerial role. Strong knowledge of HR operations, payroll, and statutory compliance is essential, along with hands-on experience with HRMS (preferably Keka).

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication, problem-solving, and people management skills, with the ability to lead policy/process building initiatives and foster innovation in HR practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure a seamless onboarding process from documentation to orientation.
  • Conduct and monitor onboarding assessments to evaluate training and induction effectiveness.
  • Oversee asset allocation and management for new joiners.
  • Provide employee support by handling queries, resolving issues, and enhancing employee experience.
  • Lead HR policy development and implementation in alignment with company culture and compliance requirements.
  • Build and standardize HR processes for efficiency, consistency, and scalability.
  • Develop and maintain organizational hierarchy structures for clarity in reporting lines and role responsibilities.
  • Drive Keka HRMS adoption across payroll, leave, performance, and reporting modules.
  • Prepare and lead HR reports for management, covering workforce data, attrition, and engagement.
  • Conduct report analysis, identify gaps, and implement improvements for data-driven HR decision-making.
  • Oversee end-to-end payroll management for accuracy and timeliness.
  • Ensure statutory compliance with TDS, PF, ESIC, and other labor laws.
  • Monitor adherence to compliance frameworks and regulatory updates.
  • Uphold the Code of Conduct across all employee levels, ensuring fair and ethical workplace practices.
  • Support increment meetings, providing inputs based on performance, market trends, and organizational policies.
  • Drive HR Connect initiatives to strengthen employee engagement, culture, and communication.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to management and employees on HR-related matters.
