About the Role

Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle inbound leads assigned via our internal software and conduct engaging initial telephonic counseling sessions.
  • Identify qualified candidates and arrange in-person counseling meetings when required.
  • Achieve a minimum of 6 successful client conversions per month through professional and ethical consultation.
  • Provide accurate and up-to-date advice on international migration options, eligibility criteria, and visa processes based on client profiles and current migration laws.
  • Conduct fair and transparent profile evaluations, offering tailored global career strategies.
  • Maintain consistent communication with clients via phone and email to build trust and long-term relationships.
  • Ensure complete and accurate documentation of every client interaction with timely follow-ups and updates.
Requirements:
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and persuasion abilities.
  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
  • Prior experience in migration consulting, customer service, or sales is an added advantage.
