Global Immigration Advisor

We are seeking a skilled Global Immigration Advisor to join our team. As an advisor, you will be responsible for guiding aspiring candidates towards the right immigration pathways.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound leads and conduct initial telephonic counseling sessions.
  • Identify qualified candidates and arrange in-person counseling meetings when required.
  • Achieve a minimum of 6 successful client conversions per month through professional and ethical consultation.
  • Provide accurate and up-to-date advice on overseas immigration options, eligibility criteria, and visa processes based on client profiles and current immigration laws.
  • Conduct fair and transparent profile evaluations, offering tailored global career strategies.
  • Maintain consistent communication with clients via phone and email to build trust and long-term relationships.
  • Ensure complete and accurate documentation of every client interaction with timely follow-ups and updates.
  • Meet monthly performance goals while contributing to the overall success of the team.
  • Uphold the highest standards of integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality in every interaction.

Requirements:

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and persuasion abilities.
  • Basic understanding of immigration processes and global career trends.
  • Target-driven mindset with a consultative sales approach.
  • Proficiency in professional email and phone etiquette.
  • High attention to detail and documentation accuracy.
  • Positive, client-focused, and solution-oriented attitude.

  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
  • Prior experience in immigration consulting, customer service, or sales is an added advantage.
