Job Title: Associate Director
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Associate Director to join our International Tax team at Ananta Resource Management. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in direct tax, FEMA, and international tax, with excellent research and analytical skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Undertake detailed research work on assigned tasks and draft deliverables in coordination with team members.
- Assist in drafting submissions, working files, and annexures for assessment appeal matters and related tax proceedings.
- Represent clients in litigation matters before the Tax officer, Commissioner (Appeals)/ DRP, and the Tribunal.
Requirements:
- CA, ACCA, LLM, or CMA qualification.
- Minimum 2 years of post-qualification experience in direct tax, FEMA, and international tax.
