About the Role">

This role requires a Scrum Master to support agile teams in delivering AI solutions for the banking sector.

The ideal candidate will have experience in facilitating planning increments and all Scrum ceremonies, coaching teams on Agile best practices, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

The successful candidate will work closely with product owners and product managers to maintain a healthy backlog and collaborate with other Scrum Masters and the Release Train Engineer to ensure cross-team alignment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate Planning Increment (PI) events, and all Scrum ceremonies (Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Reviews, Retrospectives).
  • Coach the team on Agile best practices, Lean thinking, and SAFe principles.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement, psychological safety, and team empowerment.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master in a software development environment.
  • 2+ years working in a SAFe environment, ideally within an Agile Release Train.
  • Experience supporting teams building AI/ML or data-driven products.
  • Strong facilitation, coaching, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Familiarity with Agile metrics (velocity, cycle time, team health) and tools (Craft, Jira, Confluence, Miro).
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
">Desirable Qualifications">
  • Certified Scrum Master (CSM, PSM I/II) and/or SAFe Scrum Master (SSM / SASM).
  • Background in data science, AI/ML, or software engineering is a plus.
  • Experience in regulated industries such as banking or fintech.
  • Understanding of MLOps, model governance, and AI lifecycle management.
