Job Title: Artificial Intelligence Project Manager

As a Technical Project Manager, you will lead the delivery of intelligent automation and generative-AI programs. Your goal is to translate business goals into scalable technical road-maps while coordinating cross-functional engineering, data science, security, and operations teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Define project scope, success metrics, and release plans for GenAI, Agentic AI, and RPA solutions.
  • Build and maintain detailed schedules, sprint plans, risk registers, and dependency maps.
  • Drive discovery workshops to capture business processes and identify automation or agentic opportunities.
  • Partner with solution architects to select models (LLMs, diffusion, hybrid), prompt-engineering patterns, and orchestration frameworks.
  • Oversee development and deployment of RPA bots and AI agents on AWS or GCP.
  • Champion secure-by-design practices, ensuring model governance, data privacy, and Responsible AI compliance.
  • Establish KPIs and deliver regular executive dashboards.
  • Manage vendor contracts and budgets.
  • Mentor scrum teams and drive continuous improvement.
  • Coordinate change-management, user training, and hyper-care for production rollouts.

Required Skills and Experience:

We are looking for someone with 6-8 years in technical project or program management, with at least 2 years leading AI/ML initiatives. You should have demonstrated delivery of GenAI or LLM-based solutions, hands-on familiarity with RPA toolchains, and proven command of Agile, Scrum, and Kanban rituals. A solid grasp of cloud-native architectures, microservices, APIs, Docker/Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines is also necessary. Additionally, you should have strong data literacy, experience managing multi-stakeholder programs, and excellent communication skills.
