Job Opportunity:

The ideal candidate will oversee the entire lifecycle of projects for various AI products within a portfolio using Agile methodologies, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the ServiceNow IT service ticket management system queue for AIPS products, resolving and triaging user issues, and escalating as needed to ensure prompt resolution and user satisfaction.
  • Closely collaborate with engineering teams to understand technical challenges, contribute to solution design, and guarantee effective implementation.
  • Proactively track project progress, identify potential risks, and provide clear and concise status reports to stakeholders.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, timelines, budgets, and risk assessments.
  • Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among project team members and stakeholders, ensuring alignment on project goals and objectives.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related technical field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in technical project management, focusing on analytics and AI-related projects.
  • Proven experience working within an Agile development environment.
  • Familiarity with ServiceNow (SNOW) or similar IT service ticket management systems, including queue management and issue resolution.
  • Strong technical knowledge and a solid understanding of software development lifecycles and AI concepts.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to effectively manage multiple priorities and stakeholders
