">Project Manager - AI Automation Specialist

This role is for a skilled Project Manager to oversee the implementation of AI automation systems and workflows across various teams. The ideal candidate will have experience with no-code/AI automation tools, CRM systems, and project management software.

The Project Manager will be responsible for:

  • Designing and implementing automation workflows using n8n, Zapier, or Make.com.
  • Managing end-to-end automation projects for sales and marketing teams.
  • Guiding and mentoring interns in setting up Workflow automation systems (Clay, N8n, and Zapier).
  • Overseeing the smooth integration of tools like Apollo, Clay, Instantly, and via APIs/webhooks.
  • Monitoring the quality of data pipelines for enrichment, lead scoring, and AI-driven workflows.
  • Reviewing and validating outputs (data cleaning, reports, dashboards) before sharing with clients.
  • Acting as the primary client contact—providing updates, gathering feedback, and ensuring alignment.

Required skills and qualifications include:

  • Strong familiarity with no-code/AI automation tools (n8n, Zapier, Make).
  • Experience managing CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, or Zoho).
  • Background in project or client management with exposure to sales/marketing workflows.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills for coordinating interns and client expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end automation projects for sales and marketing teams.

Requirements:

  • Background in project or client management with exposure to sales/marketing workflows.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills for coordinating interns and client expectations.
  • Bonus: Knowledge of APIs, webhooks, or basic scripting (Python/JavaScript).
  • Comfort with productivity tools like Google Sheets, Notion, Airtable.
  • Problem-solving mindset with ability to prioritize and deliver on deadlines.
