Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled professional to support the implementation of ServiceNow AI Agents at healthcare payer clients. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of the ServiceNow platform, AI Agent Studio, and integration of AI/ML models with enterprise workflows.

Main Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Configuring and customizing ServiceNow AI Agents using AI Agent Studio (no-code/low-code environment).
  • Developing workflows, subflows, and process automation within ITSM, CSM, HRSD, and SecOps modules.
  • Integrating ServiceNow AI Agents with external systems using Integration Hub, APIs, and Workflow Data Fabric.
  • Enabling AI Agents to call external tools and interact with LLMs, databases, or third-party AI models.
  • Writing and optimizing JavaScript and ServiceNow scripts to extend AI Agent functionality.

The role requires a strong background in software development, data integration, and AI governance. Experience with Agile methodologies and collaboration across engineering and business teams is also essential.
