Agentic AI Solutions Engineer

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Agentic AI Solutions Engineer to join our innovative team. In this role, you will take ownership of the full lifecycle of our cutting-edge agentic AI solutions, from architectural design and independent implementation to successful deployment and ongoing optimization in a production environment.

You will be empowered to drive key technical decisions and play a crucial role in shaping the evolution of our AI platform.

  • Design, Develop and Implement Agentic AI Applications:
    • Utilize Python and relevant frameworks to develop scalable and robust agentic AI applications.
    • Integrate and manage interactions with various Large Language Models (LLMs) through APIs and other interfaces.
  • Architect and Build Robust Backend Systems:
    • Develop and deploy secure and efficient backend systems for our AI platform.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration with existing infrastructure.
  • Optimize Vector Databases and Manage Knowledge Retrieval:
    • Develop and implement sophisticated workflows using frameworks like Autogen, AG2, Langgraph, Agno, or CrewAI.
    • Optimize vector databases for efficient information retrieval and knowledge management within AI agents.

This position requires strong leadership and problem-solving skills, as well as a deep understanding of Large Language Models and their application in building intelligent systems.

Responsibilities include:

  1. Designing, implementing, and maintaining robust CI/CD pipelines for production deployments.
  2. Developing and deploying multi-agent systems using serverless architecture and/or containerization technologies.
  3. Participating in code reviews and knowledge sharing within the team.

Required skills include:

  • 7+ years of progressive experience in software development with a strong track record of independently delivering production-grade backend systems.
  • Proven expertise in Python and hands-on experience with Langchain.
  • Demonstrated experience with one or more agentic frameworks such as Autogen, AG2, Langgraph, Agno, or CrewAI.
  • Experience working with Vector Databases (e.g., Chroma, Pinecone, Weaviate).

Preferred skills include:

  • Experience with BigQuery and proficiency in one or more additional programming languages such as JavaScript, Java, or C#.
  • Familiarity with MLOps principles and security best practices in AI applications.
