Plant Manager

About the Role:

The Plant Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the manufacturing process, ensuring production schedules are met while maintaining high-quality standards.

This role requires a strong leader who can oversee production operations, implement and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), develop and manage production plans, and coordinate with supply chain, engineering, and quality teams.

The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of gears and transmission components, expertise in IATF documentation, and strong leadership and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Oversee all aspects of the manufacturing process for gears and transmission components.
  2. Ensure production schedules are met while maintaining high-quality standards.
  3. Implement and monitor KPIs to optimize production efficiency.
  4. Develop and manage production plans in line with company objectives and customer demands.
  5. Coordinate with supply chain, engineering, and quality teams for smooth operations.
Qualifications and Requirements:

The successful candidate will have minimum 15 years of industry experience in manufacturing, especially in gears and transmission components.

  • Extensive knowledge of gears and transmission components.
  • Expertise in IATF documentation.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Proven experience in production and manpower planning.
