Electrical Construction Leadership Role

The Electrical Construction Manager will lead mechanical engineering activities including design review, equipment selection, installation, and commissioning.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams including civil, electrical, and automation engineers to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Manage vendors and contractors for mechanical systems such as piping, utilities, HVAC, and bottling line equipment to meet project requirements.
  • Ensure project milestones are met within time constraints while maintaining a high level of quality and safety standards.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to identify and address potential issues before they impact the project.
  • Review and approve mechanical drawings, specifications, and technical documentation to guarantee compliance with industry standards.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical issues during construction and commissioning phases to minimize delays and costs.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
  • 10 to 24 years of experience in industrial construction projects, preferably in F&B / Beverage / Bottling plant projects.
  • Strong understanding of mechanical systems used in beverage manufacturing facilities, including equipment operation and maintenance.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and mechanical design software to effectively manage projects and communicate with team members.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills to drive project success and foster a positive work environment.
