Project Leader

We are looking for a skilled Project Leader to join our team. This role will oversee the end-to-end delivery of projects, ensuring they meet business objectives and timelines.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will have at least 3-5 years of experience in leading project delivery, specifically in ServiceNow ITOM implementations (Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, CMDB, etc.). They will be responsible for managing the project lifecycle from initiation through delivery using Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, goals, deliverables, timelines, and resource needs.
  • Track and report project status, risks, issues, dependencies, and budgets to leadership.
  • Ensure successful integration of ITOM with existing ITSM processes and the CMDB.
  • Work closely with technical teams, business analysts, developers, architects, and platform owners.
  • Act as liaison between business units and ServiceNow implementation partners or internal developers.
  • Develop and maintain project documentation including project plans, RAID logs, and status reports.
  • Facilitate workshops, training sessions, and stakeholder communications.

The ideal candidate must possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across multiple teams and levels within the organization.

Requirements:

To be considered for this role, the candidate should have:

  • At least 3-5 years of experience in project management.
  • Proven track record of leading end-to-end project delivery.
  • Strong knowledge of ServiceNow ITOM and its implementations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
