Job Title: Technical Consultant

Job Description:

  • This role is ideal for an accomplished ServiceNow professional with a proven track record of success in recent years.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for leading ServiceNow engagements end-to-end, leveraging their expertise to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.
  • Key responsibilities include developing technical solutions, communicating complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences, and collaborating with business analysts/project managers to deliver effective solutions.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Hands-on experience in ServiceNow HRSD applications/features, including Case Management, Portal scripting and custom widgets, Employee Document Management, Enterprise Onboarding Transitions, 3rd party Integrations like Workday, Oracle HCM, SuccessFactors, Kronos Group etc, Chat Virtual Agent;
  • Programming expertise in Java, JavaScript or other functional programming languages;
  • Demonstrated understanding of ITIL practices and certifications, such as ServiceNow System Administrator, Certified Implementation Specialist, and ITIL v3 certification;
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong presentation development and Customer Presentation skills, successful teamwork experience demonstrated leadership abilities;
