About the Role :

We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Consultant (GRC + IRM) to join our growing team in Pune. The ideal candidate will have 48 years of proven expertise in ServiceNow development, integration, and GRC module configuration along with a valid ServiceNow certification. This role involves end-to-end implementation, customization, integration, and user adoption support for GRC & IRM solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Implementation & Configuration Configure and customize ServiceNow GRC modules : Policy & Compliance, Risk Management, Audit Management. Develop automated workflows.

- System Administration Administer the GRC platform, manage updates, patches, and version upgrades.

- Integration & Optimization Integrate GRC with ServiceNow ITSM, ITOM, and other third-party tools to enhance efficiency.

- User Support & Training Provide issue resolution, user support, and conduct training sessions for smooth adoption.

- Reporting & Analytics Develop dashboards and reports; analyze data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.

- Compliance & Best Practices Ensure configurations adhere to industry standards and evolving regulations.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Experience : 48 years in ServiceNow development & integration (mandatory)

- Certification : At least one valid ServiceNow certification CIS-GRC / CID-IRM preferred (mandatory)

- Education : Bachelors in Computer Science, IT, Programming & Systems Analysis, or related field

- Skills : Strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication, ability to work independently and collaboratively

- Location Restriction : Not considering candidates from Andhra Pradesh & Telangana
