Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior ServiceNow Technical Consultant to lead and deliver complex ServiceNow implementations and enhancements. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise across multiple ServiceNow modules including ITSM, HRSD, SAM, ITOM, and Integrations, with hands-on experience in Virtual Agent development. Youll collaborate with cross-functional teams to architect scalable solutions that drive digital transformation and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end ServiceNow implementations and upgrades across ITSM, HRSD, CSM, ITOM, and other modules
  • Design and develop custom applications, workflows, and integrations using ServiceNow best practices
  • Configure and enhance ServiceNow Virtual Agent to improve user experience and automate service delivery
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, define technical specifications, and deliver tailored solutions
  • Conduct technical workshops, demos, and training sessions for clients and internal teams
  • Ensure platform performance, scalability, and security through proactive monitoring and optimization
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to junior consultants and developers
  • Stay current with ServiceNow releases and recommend adoption of new features

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow platform
  • Strong expertise in ITSM, HRSD, CSM, ITOM, and Virtual Agent
  • Proven experience with ServiceNow Integrations (REST, SOAP, MID Server, etc.)
  • Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide API, Flow Designer, and Service Portal
  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and at least one Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS)
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and client-facing skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
