We are seeking a results-driven Appointment Setting Manager to lead our team of meeting setters and ensure our sales team receives high-quality, sales-ready meetings.



Key Responsibilities:
  • Direct and coach a team of appointment setters to engage U.S. prospects through effective cold outreach strategies.
  • Build and refine techniques for cold calling, lead qualification, and meeting booking to maximize conversions.
  • Track key metrics and drive the team to exceed goals.
  • Partner with Sales and Marketing leaders to align messaging and outreach campaigns.
  • Provide hands-on guidance to enhance communication, objection handling, and outreach consistency.
  • Ensure proper use of CRM platforms for lead tracking and data management.
  • Improve scripts, workflows, and market-specific tactics tailored for North American SMB clients.
  • Deliver weekly performance updates and improvement strategies to senior leadership.

Requirements:
  • A minimum of 5 years working in appointment setting with a focus on U.S. prospects.
  • At least 2 years managing or leading teams within an appointment setting/cold calling function.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing and its value proposition for SMBs.
  • Fluent English, both spoken and written, with strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM tools, dialers, and reporting dashboards.
  • Ability to assess team performance, optimize processes, and improve conversion rates.
  • Comfortable working during U.S. business hours or providing significant overlap.
