Meeting Coordinator Role

We are seeking a skilled Meeting Coordinator to lead our team of appointment setters and drive high-quality meeting pipelines for our sales team.

The ideal candidate will have experience in global meeting setting, with a strong focus on cold calling for US-based clients, and leadership or management experience in an appointment setting function.

About the Role:
  • Lead and manage a team of global meeting setters focused on scheduling qualified meetings with US-based prospects.
  • Develop strategies for cold calling, lead qualification, and meeting setting to improve conversion and appointment rates.
  • Monitor team KPIs (calls made, meetings booked, show-up rate, etc.) and ensure performance targets are met or exceeded.
  • Collaborate closely with the Sales and Marketing teams to align outreach efforts and optimize campaign success.
Required Skills & Experience:
  • Experience in global meeting setting, with a strong focus on cold calling for US-based clients.
  • Leadership or management experience in an appointment setting function.
  • Proven track record in sales outreach.
  • Strong command of English with exceptional communication, negotiation, and persuasive skills.
  • Hands-on experience using CRM, dialers, and lead tracking tools.
