Strategic Commercial Banking Solutions Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to fill the role of Senior Commercial Banking Consultant. This individual will act as a solutions expert/advisor to internal and external stakeholders, providing strategic insights and domain expertise across commercial banking operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a domain consultant and advisor in commercial banking engagements across client implementations, solution design, and process improvements.
- Translate complex banking processes into actionable insights and business requirements for banking services.
- Own RFP/RFI responses, solution creation, and go-to-market strategy for commercial banking offerings.
- Drive digital transformation initiatives in client banking operations, including process reengineering, automation, and artificial intelligence.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 12+ years of experience in commercial banking domain with exposure to corporate lending, trade finance, cash management, risk management, and client onboarding from an operational standpoint.
- Previous experience in consulting or transformation roles within a BPS function is preferred.
- Strong understanding of banking processes, systems, and compliance/regulatory environment.
LSS trained or certified individuals are preferred.
