Senior Director of Banking and Finance Solutions

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategies to drive business growth and revenue expansion in the Banking and Finance sector.
  • Oversee the delivery of complex projects, ensuring timely completion and high-quality outcomes.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to drive collaboration and mutual success.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Mentor and develop junior team members, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their career goals.

Requirements:

  • 18+ years of experience in IT services or management consulting, with at least 10 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record of managing large-scale portfolios and leading cross-functional teams.
  • Deep understanding of the Banking and Finance industry, including regulatory requirements, technology trends, and client expectations.
  • Strong expertise in stakeholder management, project delivery, and financial acumen.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate with clients and stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • MBA or other relevant advanced degrees.
  • Experience in managing budgets of over $10 million USD.
  • Industry certifications, such as CFA or CAIA.
