About the Role:

  • We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Solar Engineering Team Lead to lead the design activities of our Solar PV Power Plants.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for leading cross-functional teams in the development of solar power plant designs, ensuring that they meet or exceed industry standards and regulatory requirements.
  • You will work closely with our project management team to develop project schedules, resource allocation plans, and budget forecasts to ensure timely completion of projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Liaise with internal stakeholders to understand project requirements and provide input into the development of solar power plant designs.
  • Lead design teams to ensure high-quality designs that meet client expectations and regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and implement design standards, guidelines, and procedures to ensure consistency across projects.
  • Maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders to ensure that their needs are met and exceeded.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, structural engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in solar engineering, with a strong background in design and project management.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Possess a deep understanding of solar energy systems, including photovoltaic (PV) systems, wind turbines, and other renewable energy technologies.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
