Job Overview

We're hiring a full-time on-site team member to handle packaging, inventory, and customer order coordination. This role is perfect for someone who is detail-oriented, loves fashion, and enjoys being part of a fast-paced e-commerce brand.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Order Fulfilment: Package and dispatch jewellery orders with care, ensuring timely delivery and exceptional customer experience.
  • Customer Coordination: Confirm COD orders and coordinate with customers regarding their purchases, resolving any issues promptly and professionally.
  • Inventory Management: Schedule shipments on logistics platforms by updating order details from the website, and manage and organise inventory to ensure smooth operations.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate order records, providing transparency and efficiency in our daily operations.

Requirements:

  • Organisation Skills: Organised, reliable, and detail-focused individual with strong time management skills.
  • Technical Proficiency: Basic computer knowledge (Excel/Google Sheets, Shopify familiarity is a plus).
  • Communication Skills: Strong communication skills for customer coordination, both verbal and written.
  • Creativity and Passion: Passionate about fashion, jewellery, and Instagram culture, with a keen eye for detail and creativity.
