Are you a skilled Project Manager looking for a new challenge? We are seeking an experienced professional to coordinate and document meetings, track and monitor project plans, issues, and risks, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and document meetings including agendas, minutes, decisions, and action items.
  • Track and monitor project plans, issues, and risks; consolidate updates for status reports.
  • Follow up with stakeholders to ensure timely updates and resolution of blockers.
  • Escalate risks and dependencies appropriately to leadership.
  • Ensure accountability by assigning clear ownership for all action items.
  • Support project governance through documentation, reporting, and progress tracking.
  • Facilitate collaboration between business, IT, and vendor teams across multiple workstreams.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 3–5 years of experience in project coordination or project management.
  • Strong understanding of ERP programs and their applications.
  • Knowledge of ERP workstreams: Finance, Supply Chain, HCM, integrations, testing cycles.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to work with US stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Teams, OneNote, SharePoint, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Experience with Azure DevOps and Jira for issue/risk tracking.
  • Skilled in prioritization, risk tracking, and escalation management.
