Branch Leader, Investment Services

We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Branch Manager to oversee our Equity Broking operations. If you possess extensive knowledge across distribution, operations, sales, and management techniques, with a strong focus on achieving business targets and team growth, we invite you to lead one of our key branches.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage all aspects of branch operations, demonstrating expertise in distribution, operations, customer service, human resources, administration, and sales.
  • Utilize your knowledge of Equity Broking Products, Investment products like Mutual Funds, PMS (Portfolio Management Services), AIF (Alternative Investment Funds), and Insurance to drive business.
  • Develop comprehensive forecasts, financial objectives, and strategic business plans for the branch.
  • Consistently meet and exceed business targets, goals, and metrics.
  • Allocate funds effectively to maximize profitability and efficiency.
  • Provide branch personnel with continuous training, coaching, development, and motivation, fostering a high-performing team.
  • Adhere to the highest ethical standards and ensure full compliance with relevant regulations and laws.
  • Network strategically to enhance the presence and reputation of the branch within the market.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as an existing Branch Manager, Assistant Branch Manager, or Branch Assistant Branch Operations Manager in the financial services sector.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of modern management techniques and organizational skills.
  • A results-driven and customer-focused approach to leadership.
  • Proven leadership and human resources management skills.
  • A degree in Business Administration or a related field.
