Job Title: Senior Investment Management SpecialistAs a Senior Investment Management Specialist, you will play a key role in supporting a large international Investment Management Client during Asia-Pacific hours. You will be responsible for providing high-quality support to both internal and external clients, while ensuring seamless trade confirmation, trade process, trade settlement, and reporting of trade instructions.Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the Investment Management team by maintaining accurate records and reports.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely completion of tasks and projects.
  • Maintain effective communication with clients, custodians, brokers, managers, and peers within the organization.
Requirements:
  • Demonstrate excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Showcase your ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in investment management or a related field.
  • Familiarity with industry-specific software and systems.
