Product Management Leadership

We seek a seasoned professional to own and manage the long-term and short-term strategic initiatives and roadmap for our products. This role drives product innovation & enhancement, owns product development & delivery, establishes go-to-market strategy & business case, within the product's life cycle.

  • Defining and implementing the roadmap for a suite of issuing & acquiring products in alignment with the product strategy & vision is essential.
  • For issuing - In-depth knowledge of Issuing product Credit, Debit, Prepaid, Forex is preferred.
  • For acquiring – In-depth knowledge of merchant life cycle, clearing, settlement, payment, reconciliation, chargebacks/disputes is preferred for both traditional payment methods (cards) and modern (UPI, RTP).
  • Leading and managing the product life cycle, including conceptualization, enhancement, go-to-market plan, launch and continued evaluation.
  • Preparing, evaluating and prioritizing business cases / models for new business, new product development & enhancement.
  • Understanding, defining, solutioning and end-to-end timely delivery of customer requirements working with multiple stakeholders.
  • Analyzing industry or customer trends, competitive benchmarking and contributing to product-related strategic planning.
  • Playing a crucial role in overall product development & enhancement by defining & detailing the business requirements for delivery in collaboration with the Engineering and Architecture team.
  • Representing the product lines in periodic reviews with leadership and getting support for new investments / resources / priority to drive product roadmap.
  • Partnering with the business teams in undertaking market and customer research initiatives to understand the market trends and customer needs to build products that create a unique value proposition to the customers.
  • Working closely and cross-functionally with all the teams Program Management, Sales, Marketing, Service Excellence, Legal & Compliance to create a well-defined go-to-market plan.
  • Ensuring product meets all compliance & security related regulatory or internal / external defined policy framework guidelines.
  • Defining and driving product performance metrics that focus on profitability, customer growth, engagement and retention.
