  • Negotiating with 3PLs, payment partners, and duty consultants to optimize landed costs and SLAs.
  • Recruiting, mentoring, and performance-managing cross-functional teams (growth, ops, CS, retail, trade).
  • Championing customer obsession; mining VOC insights to feed product updates and CX enhancements.
  • Driving strategic partnerships—wellness chains, tourism boards, Ayurveda clinics—to amplify reach.
  • Ensuring legal and tax compliance, including cosmetics claims, import duties, and GDPR-like mandates.
  • Presenting quarterly business reviews to Global Leadership, highlighting wins, risks, and next bets.
  • Deploying test-and-learn culture; running A/Bs on funnels, creatives, bundles, and pricing levers.
  • Setting up disaster-recovery and continuity plans for supply, logistics, ads, and key seller accounts.
  • Benchmarking competition; delivering actionable intel on pricing, share-of-voice, and shelf velocity.
