Senior Data Scientist Role

We are seeking a skilled Senior Data Scientist to lead our data science team and drive insights from raw data.

The ideal candidate will possess strong problem-solving abilities and statistical analysis skills, as well as the capacity to align data products with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, develop, and implement suitable statistical techniques, algorithms, and deep learning/ML models to create scalable solutions addressing business challenges across various domains.
  • Define, develop, maintain, and evolve data models, tools, and capabilities.
  • Communicate findings to diverse stakeholders through visualizations and written reports.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to inform business decisions using data-driven insights.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in the field of data science.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's/Master's/Ph.D. degree in Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Machine Learning, Statistics, Applied Mathematics, or a related technical field.
  • 6+ years of total experience with a minimum of 3 years of experience in a related position as a data scientist or business analyst building computer vision, NLP, and predictive analytics solutions.
  • Advanced knowledge of statistical techniques, machine learning algorithms, and deep learning frameworks like TensorFlow, Keras, PyTorch.
  • Programming background and expertise in building models using at least one of the following languages: Python, R, C, C++.
  • Strong individual planning and project management skills, able to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Self-motivated and driven to deliver agreed results on-time.
  • Ability to convert analytical output into clear, concise, and persuasive insights and recommendations for technical and non-technical audiences.
