Senior Transformation Executive

This is a leadership role that requires the ability to transform delivery and drive exceptional client outcomes. The successful candidate will lead the development of a comprehensive assurance strategy, champion a quality-centric culture, and drive transformation initiatives using modern methodologies.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement an integrated governance, risk management, quality, and compliance framework across all service lines.
  • Cultivate a data-driven decision-making culture within the organization.
  • Evaluate and evolve the organization's quality vision to ensure strategic alignment with business objectives.
  • Lead large-scale transformations using Lean, Six Sigma, Agile, and DevOps methodologies.
Key Requirements
  • Minimum 18 years of experience in managing large-scale delivery across applications and infrastructure, including quality management and delivery assurance.
  • Proven track record of implementing scalable frameworks and leading global delivery teams across diverse industries/geographies.
  • Strong commercial acumen with experience in margin assurance and P&L impact.
