Job Summary:

Fusion HCM Payroll Consultant Job Description

This role involves working as a Fusion HCM Payroll Consultant, where the primary responsibilities include assisting in assessing the technical feasibility of business requirements and defining the technical design document against functional design or business requirements. The ideal candidate should have experience with ADP and be proficient in using fast formulas, BIP reports, and OBTI to create analysis reports of simple to medium complexity.

  • Responsibilities:
  • Assist in assessing the technical feasibility against business requirements
  • Define the technical design document against the functional design or business requirements
  • Building prototype with functional team
  • Development of code packages and migration to different environments
  • Should be able to create HSDL based Spreadsheet loaders
  • Should be able to use OBTI to create analysis reports of simple to medium complexity

Required Skills and Qualifications:

The ideal candidate should possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Payroll elements fast formulas and costing setup
  • Payroll flows checklists and payroll processing
  • Understanding of Payroll tables Payroll PayRun results
  • Writing fast formulas for calculations validations and element configurations Balance Initialization and validation of formulas
  • HCM Data loader HDL HCM spreadsheet data loader HSDL
