Software Quality Assurance ExpertWe are seeking a skilled Software Quality Assurance Expert to lead the execution of validation activities, ensuring regulatory requirements and company standards are met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, coordinate, and execute validation activities for data products and software applications.
  • Develop, review, and approve validation documentation, including Validation Plans, Protocols, and Reports.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to drive validation activities and meet project deadlines.
  • Analyze test automation results, identify failures, and assist in root cause analysis.
  • Supervise progress, ensure timely completion of validation activities, and document deviations and change control.

Requirements
  • Bachelor s or Master s degree with 4-6 years experience in Life Science / Biotechnology / Pharmacology / Information Systems OR Diploma with years of experience in related field.
  • 5+ years experience in validation in a GMP-regulated environment (pharmaceutical, biotech, medical devices).
  • 8-10 Years overall experience in Testing & Validation Projects.
  • 3 to 5 years experience in QA & Test Automation is expected.
  • Experience leading software validation projects, proficiency in developing protocols, reports, and documentation.
  • Familiarity with computer system validation and software validation.
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, communication, and teamwork skills.
