Job Title: Quality Assurance Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain automated test scripts for web and mobile applications to ensure seamless user experience.
  • Design, implement, and execute test cases for functional, regression, and performance testing to validate software quality.
  • Collaborate with development teams to integrate automated tests into the continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipeline and enhance software delivery.
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and analyze test failures to resolve issues promptly and improve overall product quality.
  • Ensure that quality assurance processes are well-documented and adhered to throughout the software development life cycle.
  • Review product requirements and provide feedback on testability, edge cases, and validation techniques to enhance software quality.
  • Work closely with developers and product managers to understand project goals and contribute to the overall quality strategy.
  • Perform manual testing when necessary to ensure comprehensive test coverage and deliver high-quality products.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or related field.
  • Automation skills with tools like Selenium, Appium, and TestNG, as well as programming languages such as Java, Python, and JavaScript.
  • 5-8 years of hands-on experience in QA automation, with strong knowledge of test automation frameworks.
  • Proficiency in Agile methodologies and CI/CD tools like Jenkins, Bamboo, or GitLab.
  • Good problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot and debug test failures.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative team environment.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with cloud-based testing (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
