Job Title: Payment Quality Assurance Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Payment Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in payment operations, testing, and quality assurance.

The primary responsibility of this role is to develop and execute comprehensive testing strategies for payment systems, ensuring that they meet the highest standards of quality and reliability.

This position requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. The successful candidate will be able to work effectively in a team environment and provide guidance and support to colleagues as needed.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • At least 2 years of experience in payment operations, testing, or quality assurance
  • Strong knowledge of payment systems and testing methodologies
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in payment operations, testing, or quality assurance
  • Intermediate knowledge of test plans, test cases, test procedures, test scripts, and expected results
  • Experience with payment applications such as ACI Worldwide, Volante, PEGA/Smart Investigate, SWIFT, Straight Through Processing (STP), Risk Control System (RCS)
