Job Title: WFM Manager

Job Description

This role is a key position in our organization that plays a vital part in the success of our business operations. The WFM Manager will be responsible for partnering with business stakeholders, operations, and clients to ensure optimal workforce planning, scheduling, capacity management, and real-time performance monitoring.

The ideal candidate for this role should have excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. They should also be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and make informed decisions quickly.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Business Partnership: This involves working closely with business leaders and client stakeholders to understand their needs and provide strategic advice on workforce planning, staffing, productivity, and cost optimization.
  2. Workforce Planning & Forecasting: This includes developing and maintaining long-term, mid-term, and short-term capacity plans, forecasting call volumes, workloads, FTE requirements, and staffing needs.
  3. Scheduling & Optimization: The WFM Manager will be responsible for designing efficient schedules that balance service delivery, employee preferences, and cost, ensuring optimal utilization of the workforce across different lines of business.
  4. Real-Time Management: This involves overseeing intraday management, real-time monitoring, and SLA adherence, driving corrective actions to maintain service levels, including overtime, cross-skilling, and load balancing.
  5. Analytics & Reporting: The WFM Manager will generate and present performance dashboards, staffing reports, and variance analysis, providing actionable insights into workforce trends, attrition, absenteeism, and utilization.
  6. Team Management: This includes leading and mentoring a team of WFM analysts and real-time specialists, building capability within the WFM team to handle complex modeling and analytics.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • At least 5 years of experience in Workforce Management or a related field
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
