Job Description:

  • We are seeking a seasoned professional to spearhead our quality initiatives. As a Quality Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that all products meet the highest standards of quality.

In this role, you will conduct inspections on raw materials, in-process production, and finished products to identify areas for improvement. You will also perform quality tests and document results in accordance with company standards.

You will develop and implement corrective and preventive action plans (CAPA) to address any quality issues that arise. Additionally, you will analyze production processes to identify areas for quality enhancement and work closely with manufacturing and engineering teams to implement process optimizations.

Your goal will be to reduce defects and rework costs by improving operational efficiencies. You will ensure compliance with ISO 9001, industry regulations, and customer requirements. Furthermore, you will maintain documentation for audits and quality certifications.

You will monitor and enforce health, safety, and environmental guidelines. Overseeing product testing procedures, including durability, performance, and reliability testing, is also an essential part of this role.

The successful candidate will have experience implementing Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, or other quality methodologies. They will investigate customer complaints and implement quality resolutions. Generating quality reports and maintaining records of defects and corrective actions are also key responsibilities.
