Manufacturing Process Specialist

About the Role:

A Manufacturing Process Specialist is responsible for overseeing the production process to guarantee quality and efficiency. This role involves managing the molding process, monitoring machine performance, and troubleshooting issues to minimize downtime and costs.


Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage shift operations of manufacturing units
  • Monitor process parameters and resolve technical issues
  • Evaluate and implement changes to enhance product quality and reduce production time
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize production processes
  • Develop and maintain schedules, budgets, and inventory management systems

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Experience: 2-5 years in manufacturing engineering or a related field
  • Education: B.E., B.Tech., or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or Manufacturing
  • Technical skills: Injection molding machines, HRS system, machine process parameters, maintenance budgeting, spare and consumable planning
