Key Responsibilities: Quality Control & Inspection: Conduct inspections on raw materials, in-process production, and finished products. Perform quality tests and document results in accordance with company standards. Develop and implement corrective and preventive action plans (CAPA). Process Improvement: Analyze production processes to identify areas for quality enhancement. Work closely with manufacturing and engineering teams to implement process optimizations. Reduce defects and rework costs by improving operational efficiencies. Compliance & Standards: Ensure compliance with ISO 9001, industry regulations, and customer requirements. Maintain documentation for audits and quality certifications. Monitor and enforce health, safety, and environmental guidelines. Testing & Validation: Oversee product testing procedures, including durability, performance, and reliability testing. Implement Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, or other quality methodologies. Investigate customer complaints and implement quality resolutions. Reporting & Documentation: Generate quality reports and maintain records of defects and corrective actions. Provide training on quality assurance processes to production staff. Collaborate with suppliers to maintain material quality standards.
