  • Maintain documentation for audits and quality certifications.
  • Testing & Validation:
  • Oversight of product testing procedures, including durability, performance, and reliability testing.
  • Implement Six Sigma or other methodologies to drive continuous improvement.
  • Reporting & Documentation:
  • Generate quality reports and maintain records of defects and corrective actions.
  • Provide training on quality assurance processes to production staff.
