  1. To ensuring product quality and compliance with industry standards and regulations throughout the entire production process, from raw material sourcing to finished goods.

  2. Responsible for developing and implementing quality management systems, conducting internal and external audits.

  3. Managing QC & QA team, overseeing testing and inspection procedures, and resolving quality-related issues with customers and internal departments.

  4. Working with suppliers to ensure the quality of supplies

  5. Perform all internal and external audits on behalf of the companys. management

  6. Timely conducting root cause analysis of customer complaints.

  7. Implementing Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA)

  8. Responsible for releasing batches to customer.

  9. To Review and Monitor daily QA, QC and other activities as per SOP.

  10. To adhere to the guidelines laid out in cGMP and ensure that the personnel and factory hygiene is maintained.

  11. Ensure that person in the shop floor follow the guidelines as defined in GMP, GDP and adhere to the Health and Safety norms.

  12. Issuance of daily production, QA, QC formats etc. as per the production schedule.

  13. To Review and authorisation of Daily QC and IPQA Reports.

  14. To Review and Release the batch for the distribution of sale.

  15. Upon completion of work order, to issue line clearance, by following the procedure laid out.

  16. Register and monitor any abnormalities like Incidence, Deviation or OOS results found while performing the tests.

  17. Support the team in identifying root cause for any non-conformance or customer complaints or product quality issues.

  18. Support the team in implementing corrective and preventive actions identified during root cause identification.

  19. Preparation of specifications, testing procedures (STP), and SOPs.

  20. Preparation of validation protocols and reports.

  21. Preparation of Annual Product Quality Review (APQR).

  22. Co-ordinate with Production dept regarding Printing plates and approved shade card return to QA/QC dept after completion of batch production.

  23. Allocation of place for new printing plates.
