Althea Pharma Private Limited is involved in the manufacturing of IV Fluids using FFS Technology. The company is expanding its operations into Sterile IV Drugs, including products in glass ampoules and pfs. Althea Pharma is approved by WHO-GMP and holds certifications from NDA (Uganda) and Yemen MOH.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Formulation Trainee, located in Daman. The Formulation Trainee will assist in the development and optimization of formulations for sterile IV drugs. Responsibilities include conducting experiments, analyzing data, maintaining laboratory equipment, and documenting findings. The role involves close collaboration with the R&D team to ensure quality and compliance with regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of formulation development and IV drug manufacturing
• Experience in conducting experiments and analyzing data
• Understanding of regulatory compliance and quality assurance in pharmaceutical manufacturing
• Strong documentation and record-keeping skills
• Masters degree in Pharmacy, Pharmaceutical Sciences.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and communicate clearly
• Previous experience in a similar role or internship is a plus
