Job Title: Social Media Manager

We are seeking a skilled Social Media Manager to lead our client-facing campaigns and drive measurable business outcomes.

The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of experience in social media management at advertising/digital marketing agencies and a strong grasp of organic + paid social media integration.

  • Develop platform-specific social media strategies aligned with client brand objectives.
  • Drive data-backed campaign planning, integrating with performance marketing and influencer/UGC strategies.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all digital touchpoints.
  • Plan and manage monthly content calendars in coordination with content writers, designers, and video editors.
  • Provide creative direction to the team, ensuring alignment with campaign goals and brand guidelines.
  • Leverage emerging formats to enhance engagement.
  • Monitor and respond to comments, DMs, and mentions to build strong online communities.
  • Work with account managers to deliver timely updates and performance insights to clients.
  • Manage online reputation, handling escalations and crisis responses where required.
  • Track KPIs like reach, engagement, CTR, conversions, and ROI, linking social metrics to business outcomes.
  • Use tools like Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, Clarity, Matomo, and social listening tools to optimize campaigns.
  • Deliver monthly and quarterly reports with actionable insights for client growth.
  • Stay updated on platform algorithm changes, AI-based tools, and social commerce trends.
  • Suggest and implement tech-led innovations like AI-powered creatives, WhatsApp automation, and interactive campaigns.
