Education Sales Representative

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Telecaller to join our dynamic team at Graviitycloud.
As an Education Sales Representative, you will be responsible for contacting potential customers over the phone and promoting our educational resources for foundational courses in IIT and NEET.
This is a full-time position based in Hyderabad, Telangana, India.
Responsibilities- Contact potential customers by phone and explain the benefits of our educational resources
- Answer incoming phone calls and resolve customer queries
- Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate department
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively promote our offerings
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the team
- Follow up with potential customers to close sales
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
The ideal candidate should have junior experience (1-3 years) as a telecaller or in a similar role, excellent communication skills, strong interpersonal skills, good problem-solving and decision-making abilities, and the ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
We offer a competitive salary range of ₹250,000 - ₹350,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
