
Strategic Business Development Specialist

The primary objective of this role is to spearhead relationship management for existing partners, ensuring seamless business operations. This entails delivering against volume, revenue, penetration, and growth targets for assigned partners.
Key Responsibilities- Drive Relationship Management: Foster strong relationships with banks, fintech, and other relevant partners to guarantee smooth business functioning.
- Deliver Against Targets: Meet or exceed volume, revenue, penetration, and growth targets for assigned partners.
- Identify Expansion Opportunities: Discover and capitalize on business expansion opportunities across product categories.
- Develop Sales Pipeline: Utilize available resources in coordination with the product team, operations, industry networking, and market intelligence to develop a sales pipeline through business partners.
- Grow Business: Collaborate with internal constituents and external stakeholders to create and execute a go-to-market approach, marketing plans, collaterals, media, campaigns, promotions, pricing, and service delivery models for both existing and new products.
- Implement Product Enhancements: Ensure business growth by implementing product enhancements across existing partners.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Liaise with cross-functional teams (business, product, tech, marketing, compliance) to ensure timely delivery on customizations.
- Seamless Onboarding: Facilitate the seamless onboarding of new opportunities.
- Partner Engagement: Conduct training programs, panel discussions, reward and recognition programs, and similar events for partner engagement.
- Brand Positioning: Develop and manage the NBBL brand and positioning strategies.
- Communication: Ensure timely and effective communication with customers, partners, and stakeholders.
- Compliance: Comply with regulatory guidelines.
