We are seeking a skilled professional to drive the adoption and usage of our suite of products among customers.

  • Craft strategies to increase product adoption, maximizing return on investment for customers.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a cohesive adoption strategy.
  • Foster trusted advisor relationships with key stakeholders to drive product adoption within customer organizations.
  • Closely manage and nurture accounts to identify and eliminate risk of attrition due to poor product usage.
  • Ensure customers are aware of and educated on new features and releases.
  • Maintain extensive product knowledge across all product lines to effectively demonstrate the product and craft solutions for customers' business needs.

About You:

  • 3-5 years of experience in customer success, technical account management, or solutions engineering in B2B SaaS.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience using data to drive decision-making and strategy.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with ability to translate complex concepts for various audiences.
  • Self-starter with ability to work independently and drive results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or similar discipline.
