About this Role

We are seeking a skilled Technical Adoption Specialist to play a critical role in driving the adoption and utilization of our suite of products, ensuring that customers achieve maximum return on investment.

This individual will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategies that meet customer needs and drive business growth.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement adoption strategies to maximize product utilization and customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with customer success, technical teams, and account managers to ensure a cohesive adoption strategy
  • Establish trusted advisor relationships with key stakeholders to increase product adoption and value realization
  • Closely manage and nurture accounts to identify and mitigate attrition risks
  • Ensure customers are aware of and educated on new features and releases
  • Monitor and analyze adoption trends, providing recommendations based on risk and customer needs
  • Work across internal teams to support customer requests and drive a cohesive adoption strategy

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of experience in customer success, technical account management, or solutions engineering in B2B SaaS
  • Strong analytical skills with experience using data to drive decision-making and strategy
  • Proficiency in customer success platforms, CRMs, analytics tools, and marketing automation software
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to translate complex concepts for various audiences
  • Self-starter with ability to work independently and drive results in a fast-paced environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or similar discipline
